1. Overview of Game
1.1 Preezie Pty Ltd ACN 608 854 655 (we, us, our) is operating this promotional game (Game) to promote its platform called ‘Preezie’.
1.2 This Game is a category 4 game within the meaning of the Charitable and Non-Profit Gaming Act 1999 (Qld).
1.3 Each participant in the Game (you, your, participant) should read these Terms and Conditions prior to entering the Game.
1.4 These Terms and Conditions only apply to the Game, and not to any other part of our business, including without limitation our platform called ‘Preezie’.
2. Eligibility
2.1 To be eligible to enter the Game, you must:
(b) provide us with your name, work email and phone number; and
(c) be within the Retail Global (event organiser) database.
2.2 We will confirm with Retail Global that you are eligible under clause 2.1(c)
2.3 Each participant may only enter the Game once, and therefore each participant has an equal and random chance of winning.
2.4 Your entry in the Game is non-assignable.
3. Prizes and Winners
3.1 There are a total of three gift vouchers for Westfield Shopping Centre available as prizes (Voucher). Each Voucher is for the amount of $3,000, redeemable at participating retailers of Westfield Shopping Centre.
3.2 Three winners will be drawn, and each will receive one Voucher.
3.3 The Voucher will be subject to Westfield Shopping Centre’s standard terms and conditions with respect to gift vouchers. We make no guarantees or assurances as to Westfield Shopping Centre’s policies around redeeming gift vouchers. If you have any questions about the use or redemption of Westfield Shopping Centre gift vouchers, you should contact Westfield Shopping Centre directly.
3.4 Subject to Westfield Shopping Centre’s policies, the Vouchers are not exchangeable for cash, and we are under no obligation to award a winner with cash in lieu of a Voucher. We may award a winner cash in lieu of a Voucher if, for whatever reason, we are unable to supply the winner with a Voucher. If this is the case, the winner will receive a cash amount equal to the value of the Voucher.
3.5 Once Vouchers are issued, Preezie takes no responsibility for their redemption, duration, or acceptance at any Westfield Shopping Centre. Subject to Westfield Shopping Centre’s policies, Vouchers are non-assignable.
3.6 To the extent permitted by law, Preezie disclaims any liability for any issues or errors in relation to quality, acceptance, redemption, expiry, or otherwise relating to the Vouchers.
3.7 The winners will be drawn at random.
4. Draw Date and Closing Date
4.1 Entry into the Game will close at 5pm on 13 April 2022.
4.2 The winners will be drawn at 6pm on 13 April 2022.
5. Notification
5.1 The Winners will be notified by email, at the email address submitted in accordance with clause 2.1(b), and the email will confirm the delivery address of the Voucher.
5.2 The Winners will also be published on our website located at
www.preezie.com, and on our social media pages. By entering this Game, you agree to us publishing your name announcing you as a winner of the Game on our website and social media pages.
5.3 The Winners may also be announced at the Retail Global Conference on 14 April 2022. To avoid doubt, you do not need to attend the Gala, or the Retail Global Conference, to accept your prize, as this will be emailed directly to you in accordance with clause 5.1.
5.4 It is your responsibility to provide us with the correct email address. We are in no way responsible to provide you with a new Voucher if you have provided an incorrect email address, however if you win the Game, and you become aware that your email address is incorrect, you may notify us by email at
info@preezie.com, and we will take all reasonably available steps to provide you with the Voucher.
6. General
6.1 Verbal, physical, written or other abuse (including threats of abuse or retribution) of any of our employees, members, representatives, or officers, whether in relation to the Game or otherwise, will result in your immediate disqualification from the Game.
6.2 Any part of these Terms and Conditions that is invalid, prohibited or not enforceable will not void the balance of the Terms and Conditions. All other parts will be enforced without regard to the invalid provision and continue to be valid in accordance with their terms.
6.3 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland. Disputes arising from the Game are exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
