Introduction (offer details)
Read this information and offer details regarding the preezie AI Shopping Assistant product, this agreement is entered in between your company, (the “Customer”, “You”, “Your”) and preezie Pty Ltd or preezie Inc (“We”, “Us”, “preezie”).
This Order Confirmation together with the Terms and Conditions (as provided on our website at https://www.preezie.com/docs/termsconditions) constitute the agreement between the parties.
The product - AI Shopping Assistant
The preezie AI Shopping Assistant is an AI technology that uses general knowledge and customer data to provide services to consumers. Examples of these services, but not limited to, can be answering product questions, search, product recommendations and more.
Pricing
Below is the pricing for the preezie AI Shopping Assistant Model 1.0
* We reserve the right to set the above rate in a different currency. In this instance, we will provide this to You writing.
The preezie AI Shopping Assistant is pay as you go and includes the ability to cap Your monthly cost in USD. For example, You enter a cap at $1,000 USD per month. If Your product and message usage hits this cap, the system will automatically turn off.
Explainers:
*Cost per message: Charged per user message, including the AI's response. E.g. User: "Show me similar dresses" AI: "Here are similar ones" = 1 message.
**Cost per product import/update: Charged when a product is added or updated (excluding price or inventory changes). Based on products, not variants, E.g. 1 Dress, 10 Sizes = 1 product update.
Billing information
If you have not done so during the sign up process, you must submit your billing info before your AI Shopping Assistant account is created.
Note: We will pause Your account if the billing information is not provided within 14 days of account creation.
Customer support
As a part of the AI Shopping Assistant service, We will help you get your assistant live. Following this We will also train Your team on the software. We allocate a maximum of 2 hours of onboarding and training. This is at our discretion.
Every month you will receive standard support included. Standard support includes tickets via portal or email.
If You require additional support, or prefer preezie to manage your system, You can purchase premium support that includes standard support + dedicated support - see rats above. If You have purchased Premium support and you require more than the allocated 4 hours per month, then You can purchase additional blocks eg. up to 8 hours is $500 x 2.
Package and pricing changes during term
Pricing, terms, features, and support are subject to change by preezie at any time.
Term
The term of the Agreement is pay as you go for usage and month to month for support.
This agreement will continue unless either party gives the other written notice of termination at least 30 days.
Other considerations
Under this Agreement, You agree:
- to allow preezie to show it’s logo on the AI Shopping Assistant widget; and
- to allow preezie to use Your brand and logo in its own promotional materials and website.
Payment schedule
Monthly invoices are issued at the start of each calendar month based on the utilization and any support packages purchased for the previous month.
Payment of the invoice is to be made within 14 days of invoice.
