Introduction (offer details)
Read this information and offer details regarding the preezie nextbuy product, this agreement is entered in between your company, (the “Customer”) and preezie Pty Ltd.
This Order Confirmation together with the Terms and Conditions (as provided on our website at https://www.preezie.com/docs/termsconditions) constitute the agreement between the parties.
The product - nextbuy
The preezie nextbuy network allows non-competing brands with similar audience demographics that are a part of the preezie network to send referral traffic to each other post a transaction.
*If we are not able to track referral transactions for any reason, we will charge each referral click with a $1.50 + GST nominal cost.
Billing info
So we can invoice you in a timely manner, before going live you must submit your billing info into the below form. Note, we will pause your account if the billing info is not provided within 14 days of account creation:

Customer support
As a part of the nextbuy package, the preezie team will help you get your offer live on other sites and your checkout confirmation page ready to refer traffic out. Following this, we will also train your team on the software and how to manage offers. We allocate a maximum of 2 hours of support and training.
The onboarding process typically takes between 1 – 3 days with a total effort required from the brands side between 0.5 – 2 hours.
After you get live on the nextbuy network, preezie can offer general support and training via email, phone or virtual meeting. This may include receiving general advice on how to improve performance. This post-live support is limited to 2 hours per month.
Package and pricing changes during term
Pricing, terms, features, and support are subject to change by preezie at any time.
Term
The term of the Agreement is month to month.
This agreement will automatically renew at the end of each term for the same length as the initial Term, unless either party gives the other written notice of termination at least 30 days prior to the end of the relevant term.
Other considerations
Under this Agreement, you agree:
- to allow preezie to show it’s logo on the nextbuy widget; and
- to allow preezie to use your brand and logo in its own promotional materials and website.
Payment schedule
Monthly invoices are issued at the start of each calendar month based on the referral fees for the previous month.
Payment of the invoice is to be made within 14 days of invoice.
