2. Eligibility and Availability

• This free trial is available to the first 10 qualifying businesses only.
• preezie reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Some factors in assessing eligibility include website sessions and number of product SKU’s.

3. Trial Fee and Usage Limit

• The trial includes usage valued up to US$500.
• Usage is defined as cost of messages and product as outlined in the Order Confirmation
  
• If the participating business is classified as a medium or large enterprise or incurs usage costs above US$500 during the trial period, the business agrees to pay the amount exceeding US$500, which will be invoiced accordingly.
• Classification of business size and excess usage cost assessments will be determined by preezie.

4. Acceptance of General Terms

To access the trial, the participant must accept and agree to preezie’s general Terms & Conditions as published on our website.

5. Modifications and Termination

preezie reserves the right to:

• Modify, extend, or terminate this free trial offer at any time without prior notice.
• Decline access or terminate participation in the trial for any business not complying with these or the general terms.

6. Ongoing Use and Post-Trial Charges

• If you do not provide written notice to stop using the software before the end of the 1-month trial period, this will be deemed as ongoing use of the software.
• You will then be deemed to have accepted the pricing and commercial terms outlined in the applicable Order Confirmation and our standard Terms & Conditions, and you agree to be bound by them.
  

7. Support During Trial

During the free trial, support provided will be in accordance with our standard support offering, as outlined on our website.

8. Data Usage and Access

• During the trial, preezie may collect usage data to improve product performance and provide support.
• You consent to preezie accessing and analyzing such data for operational and improvement purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

preezie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the free trial.
