In the small business example, with a monthly cap of $500 and an estimated usage cost of $238, the cap would not be reached, and you would only be charged $238.
However, if actual usage exceeds the $500 cap, due to higher-than-expected message volume or product updates, the AI widget will be temporarily removed from your website until the next billing cycle or until the cap is increased.
With preezie’s usage-based pricing model, you only pay for what you use—i.e., number of customer messages and product updates. But to give you full control of your spend and peace of mind, you can choose your own monthly cost cap.
This means you’ll never get a surprise bill, and you can set the limit that best suits your business size and traffic. If your usage approaches the cap, we’ll notify you—and you can decide whether to increase it or pause usage until the next cycle.
