In-store customer feedback survey - May 2024

Entry requirements

• You must be an Australian resident and over 18 years old to enter
• Only one entry per person will be accepted
• Entrants must have completed the survey in full and provided their contact email address
• Closing date for survey completions is 8/5/2024
  

Winners will be drawn 10/5/2024 and be notified by email. A winner may be substituted for another draw if contact was unsuccessful within 14 days of notification. Decisions are final.
